What is Self-Mastery?
Self-mastery is the art of understanding, managing, and transforming yourself to reach your highest potential. It’s about cultivating a deep awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and using that awareness to make intentional choices that lead to growth and fulfillment.
When you practice self-mastery, you learn to:

Personal 12-Week Coaching Program
Coaching is a partnership that enables you to uncover what is truly important to you, so you can clarify your why, live true to your values, reach your goals, and fulfill your visions. The work we do together provides the structure, accountability, inspiration, and expertise that will enable you to make desired changes that last. As your coach, I will guide you on the journey to self-mastery, helping you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being through all stages of your life.
We will partner together to:
explore and identify your values, passions, and strengths that enable you to thrive, even in times of change or conflict.
uncover beliefs, patterns, and obstacles that may be blocking you from moving forward.
harness the strengths you need to push beyond barriers.
set and achieve goals that are connected to your deepest motivators to meaningfully grow and change.
I will inspire and challenge you to go beyond what you would do alone, so you can live up to your truest potential.
Sustainable behavior change takes commitment and time. A 12-week program is the requested minimum commitment for an effective and successful coaching partnership. My one-on-one coaching sessions are customized to meet your specific needs. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom.
$900/month for 3 months, or a one-time payment of $2,500
Monthly Coaching Membership
For clients who have worked with me for a minimum of three months, I offer follow-up sessions as a monthly membership. This is a way to stay connected to your vision and maintain your momentum and growth. Membership includes 2 hours of coaching per month, in 30 or 60-minute sessions, and unlimited email support. Members can cancel at any time.
Monthly Membership fee: $370.00
Small Group Coaching Workshop
Small Group Workshops are available for groups of 3-6. The length and number of sessions will be altered to meet the needs of the attendees with a total time commitment of 8 hours. By the conclusion of the workshop, attendees will have completed and discussed: their self-assessments, values identification, visioning a life in balance, identifying blocks, and goal setting. Attendees will also plan action steps for three goals.
